Your apartment record belongs to you. This page explains what we store and why.
What we store
Your account email, the apartment details you enter, the rooms and fixtures you create, the photos and documents you upload, and the timeline entries and messages you save.
Where files live
Photos and documents are stored in private cloud storage. They are not public. Access requires your signed-in session, and links generated for viewing expire.
Who can see your data
Only you. Database access rules restrict every record to the account that created it. We do not sell your data or share it with landlords, property managers, or advertisers.
AI features
When you ask for photo identification, a receipt read, a message summary, or an assistant answer, the relevant content is sent to an AI provider to generate that result. It is not used to train public models by us.
Deleting your data
You can delete photos, documents, messages and timeline entries at any time from the app. To delete your entire account and its files, contact us and we will remove them.
Analytics
We record basic product events (for example, that a photo was uploaded) to understand feature usage. We do not store the contents of your photos or messages in analytics.
