What Apartment Memory is
A documentation and organization tool for renters. It helps you record apartment condition, repairs, receipts and communication, and organize that record over time.
What it is not
Apartment Memory is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal conclusions. It cannot determine who is responsible for any condition, whether a deposit deduction is valid, or what any law requires. Rental laws vary by state and city. For legal questions, consult a qualified attorney or your local tenant resources.
Your content
You own the photos, documents and notes you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and to run the features you request, such as AI analysis.
Accuracy
AI features produce suggestions and observations that can be wrong or incomplete. Always review the output before relying on it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your record.
Plans and payments
Free accounts include core documentation. Paid plans unlock additional features. Paid access begins only after payment is confirmed and applies to the account that purchased it.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the right to store, and do not use the service to harass anyone or to misrepresent facts.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided as-is without warranties. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
